* During the last step of the registration you will be asked to upload a confirmation (copy of your student ID or verification of your supervising professor). Please make sure to have a digital version at hand.

Registration & Abstract submission

In case you submit an abstract without a timely registration your abstract will not be transferred to the review process. Participation in the congress is also not possible!
Modifications, withdrawal, cancellation
Supplementary modification of bills and rebookings will be charged with a service fee of 20,00 EUR. If a participant wants to withdraw one has to inform the host in writing or via e-mail. In that case following cancellation fees have to be paid (excl. fees for handling of payment):

a) Withdrawal/cancellation until 31.12.18: deduction 30% of registration fee
b) Withdrawal/cancellation until 31.01.19: deduction 50% of registration fee
c) Withdrawal/cancellation after 01.02.19: deduction 100% of registration fee
…
If one is prevented from participating by illness or in succession of an accident one may name a replacement. Service fee will amount to 50,00 EUR.
Certificate of attendance
Certificates of attendance will be supplied via conference-management-system Converia.
Requests for particular types of certification (e.g. a detailed listing of workshops for license renewal) have to be addressed to our organization team on location.
